Our carbon reduction plan
1. Introduction
This policy sets forth Radweb Ltd’s dedication to upholding and improving the quality of its
products, brands and services as a software developer. These offerings encompass but are
not limited to, InventoryBase and Property Inspect.
Radweb Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2025. This policy outlines our
approach and strategies for reducing carbon emissions to mitigate our environmental impact.
The policy applies to all aspects of our business operations and sets forth our commitment to
sustainability and carbon reduction.
2. Baseline Emissions
2.1 Baseline Year Emissions: 2020
Baseline emissions serve as a reference point against which emissions reduction progress is
measured. Our baseline year emissions for 2020 are as follows:

3. Emissions Reduction Targets
In alignment with our commitment to achieving Net Zero, we have established the following
emissions reduction targets:
We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next three years to 0 tCO2e by
2025, representing a reduction of 100%.
4. Reporting and Transparency
4.1 Reporting Year
Our reporting year runs from February to January, and we are committed to publishing our
emissions targets by the end of our financial year.
4.2 Scope
- Scope 1: Direct emissions that occur from sources owned or controlled by the company.
- Scope 2: Indirect emissions from the generation of purchased energy. The emissions resulting from the production of grid electricity or steam are accounted for under this scope.
- Scope 3: Includes the indirect emissions result of an organization’s operations, but not owned or controlled by the company.

Upstream transportation and distribution – Radweb ltd provides software as a software and
as such does not have any outbound effect on transportation and distribution as a result of
our product due to it’s digital distribution.
Downstream transportation and distribution – Radweb ltd provides software as a software
and as such does not have any outbound effect on storage, transportation and distribution
as a result of our product due to it’s digital distribution.
5. Carbon reduction initiatives
To fulfil our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, Radweb Ltd. has implemented the
following environmental management measures and projects:
5.1 Waste Management
All waste produced at our office is sent for recycling.
We encourage the recycling of paper and cardboard, and staff are strongly encouraged to
recycle whenever possible.
We have committed to becoming a paperless office as much as possible, encouraging digital
document
5.2 Energy Efficiency
Investment in a timer system for heating, lighting, appliances, and other systems to optimiseenergy usage based on occupancy.
5.3 Transportation and Travel
At our organization, we prioritize the reduction of carbon emissions through mindful
transportation practices. Our primary objective is to minimize travel whenever feasible,
embracing the use of video conferencing and other virtual communication methods as

effective alternatives to physical travel. By doing so, we actively contribute to the reduction of
our carbon footprint.
Moreover, we have taken substantial steps towards enhancing our commitment to carbon
reduction by incorporating electric vehicles for our company founders. This strategic move
not only demonstrates our dedication to sustainability but also enables us to significantly
decrease our carbon emissions associated with transportation. By embracing this
eco-friendly mode of transportation, we strive to lead by example and inspire others to adopt
similar sustainable practices.
Through our collective efforts, we aim to achieve a more environmentally responsible
approach to transportation and travel, ensuring a greener future for generations to come.
Carbon emissions from business travel and employee commuting are actively monitored and
efforts are made to minimise their impact.
5.4 Offsetting
We participate in a tree planting scheme to offset our remaining carbon footprint.
5.5 Recycling and Disposal
We extend our recycling initiatives beyond paper to include metal, certain plastics, and glass
materials. We partner with local businesses to ensure proper disposal and recycling of
electrical appliances in accordance with WEEE regulations.
6. Continuous Improvement and Future Initiatives
6.1 Continuous Improvement
We are committed to continuously improving our carbon reduction efforts by reviewing our
processes, technologies, and practices. This includes monitoring and benchmarking our
progress, identifying areas for further emissions reduction, and investing in sustainable
solutions.
6.2 Future Initiatives
In line with our commitment to sustainability, we are actively exploring the following initiatives
for future implementation:
Increasing the use of renewable energy sources, such as solar panels or purchasing energy
from renewable energy providers.
Assessing the viability of a smart building management system to automate controls based
on occupancy, optimising energy consumption.
Expanding our paperless office initiatives and encouraging staff to recycle paper and
cardboard.
7. Declaration and Compliance
This Carbon Reduction Policy has been developed in accordance with industry guidelines
and reporting standards for Carbon Reduction Plans. It has been reviewed and signed off by
the board of directors (or equivalent management body) to ensure its commitment and
adherence to sustainable practices.
Policy Review
This policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and relevance. Any
necessary updates will be made to align with evolving industry standards and best practices.
By implementing this policy, Radweb Ltd. aims to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2025 and
