Property Inspect uses cookies to store and collect information about your usage of the Website in order to enhance your online experience and to help us improve the quality of our services.

Full use of the software includes adding additional details of your clients and clerks to allow them to Login to the service. If you contact us via email, your details and a history of the communication will be stored by us in order for us to deal with enquiries adequately and improve our customer support services.

Your account

Property Inspect uses automated monthly billing to manage your account access. You can update your account details from your My Account page, make amendments to your billing plan or cancel your account at any time.

When a user you have created accesses Property Inspect, they will be limited to only seeing the information applicable to the facilities they require. It is your responsibility to ensure private data is kept private from logged in users.

The data held in the Property Inspect system is not available for sale to any third parties and will only ever be used by yourself.

If you would prefer not to receive alerts about Property Inspect then you can manage your settings on the My Account page.

If you remove all your alerts then Property Inspect will no longer send you any automatic update emails.

As a subscriber of Property Inspect, Radweb may occasionally email you with news and information about the company, new Property Inspect features and new websites. If you do not wish to receive any emails from Radweb, you may opt out of receiving further emails.
